Gleason’s 100H and 100WM gear hobbing and worm milling machines feature special equipment, ideally suited to cut your high precision screws for low noise, low vibration pumps with excellent flow rates and high pressures. Available with integrated or external automation.
Tailored to the Application
The special cutter head design features an extended swivel range, specifically developed for worm-milling applications. The spindle can mount disc-type milling cutters up to 200 mm in diameter made of HSS or with indexable carbide inserts.
Suitable for Any Type of Screw
Gleason's Worm Milling Machines are suitable for all screw-type workpieces including single- or multiple-start worms, with integrated removal of infeed and outfeed burrs.
