Rochester, New York, August 16, 2010. Gleason Corporation today announced that it has changed the name of its subsidiary in West Carrollton (Dayton), Ohio from Gleason M&M Precision Systems Corporation to Gleason Metrology Systems Corporation.
Gleason Metrology Systems Corporation (GMS) will continue to provide the most complete line of metrology solutions for gearing in the world. GMS’ product lines include analytical inspection systems for bevel and cylindrical gears up to three meters in diameter, functional gauging products including double flank inspection systems, dimension over pins gauges, master gears, spline gauges, and North America’s only ISO 17025 and A2LA® accredited gear measurement lab.
