円筒歯車用の新しいGenesis® 160HCDホブ盤は、新しく開発された面取り切削プロセスを統合しています。面取りホブリングは、最小限の工具コストで、お客様の仕様に応じた正確な面取りを保証します。
統合された面取りホブ盤を備えた新しいギアホブ盤は、世界中に何百台もの機械が設置された非常に成功したジェネシス機シリーズに基づいています。新しい創世記160HCD Gleasonとギアホブ切りと平行して実行される新しく開発された面取り切削プロセスを統合します。面取りホブ加工は、非常に短いサイクルタイムとワークピースあたりの最小工具コストを提供します。この新しい面取り加工により、追加のバリ取り工程を必要とせずにばりのないギア面を確実に得ることができます。同様に、歯の側面に測定可能なばりが生じることはありません。工作物は理想的には次の硬仕上げ工程のために準備される。
面取りホブ切りは、工具寿命を最大限に延ばすために面取りホブを移動させることができるため、非常に効率的なプロセスです。特殊バリ取り工具と比較して、面取りホブは容易に再調整することができ、工具コストを管理下に保ち、1個あたりのコストを最小限に抑えます。
