Gleason Fingerprint
Manufacturing machines have a specific mechanical fingerprint. This fingerprint is unique and shows the machine’s true condition. Gleason Global Services compares a machine’s current status with its installation status as the baseline for future predictive maintenance. Available on selected BDO and GEMS® HMI, as well as metrology systems with GAMATM.
Monitoring Services | Fingerprint
Fingerprint Condition Monitoring regularly collects machine condition data including the measurement of physical parameters such as power consumption and vibration behavior of various machine axes – online and in real time. Available on selected BDO and GEMS HMI.
Preventive Maintenance Assistant | PMA
inspection, maintenance or servicing of the machine become necessary. When maintenance work is due, the software alerts the machine operator with an alarm message and provides online help with detailed instructions, videos, images and animations. Available on all GEMS HMI.
Closed Loop
The Gleason Closed Loop ensures the direct transmission of measured data from the metrology system to the production machine with auto-corrective feedback. It is part of the standard repertoire of Gleason Gear Metrology Systems with GAMA™, also available on selected BDO and GEMS HMI.
Tooling Management
Gleason's digital tooling management enables complete lifecycle tracking, analysis, control and monitored tooling setup. Can be customized according to customer needs. Requires special hardware and software, as well as special labeling. Available on selected BDO and GEMS HMI.
